ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR BABY UNIT

Our Baby Unit is situated on the ground floor of the building. It is fully self-contained and specifically designed to provide excellent facilities for children from birth to two years old.

Parents will be closely consulted about their child’s sleeping, feeding routine’s etc, which will be continued and developed on an individual basis. Parents will also be fully consulted about developmental progress and their child’s well being.

Our Baby unit is divided into sections to provide for all stages of development and incorporates a sleeping room with a nappy changing area, a shared washroom with toileting and potty training facilities, a large playroom divided into areas for feeding, wet play and art activities and a carpeted area for floor and table top activities and a story corner.

The Baby unit has been designed to cater for up to 10 babies at any one time, and the staff members have been chosen for their experience and commitment to the very highest standards of child care.

From 18 months onwards your child can be integrated into our toddler unit and we would expect them to transfer to the nursery from the age of 2 years. We cannot however guarantee a place in the nursery for your child although every effort will be made to try to make this possible.

If there is any further information you require or you wish to enrol your child, please do not hesitate to contact me
